Good enough
I have lived here for 4 and a half years and this place has met my needs for the most part. It's a little pricier than other apartments, but you get what you pay for. A two bedroom unit has two full bathrooms, decent sized washer and dryer, a fireplace, and the bedrooms have individual heat control. Those are hard to find amenities in apartments.
This place isn't perfect. It's very rare to get routine maintenance done in a timely manner. The move-in condition of the apartments is hit-and-miss.... I started here in a one bedroom unit which looked very nice and was in excellent condition. I later moved into a two bedroom unit which looked dated and the condition (especially the kitchen counters) wasn't so great, although it was still worth it. So as far as apartment aesthetics go, you'll need to visit your exact unit before you move in to really know. Noise from neighbors of course depends partly on who you're neighbors are, but I almost never heard noises coming from the other apartments.
A downside to consider is the electric costs. The apartments are not very efficient in retaining heat, so the winter electric bills will be higher than average.
Overall, this a good, but not great place to live if you have to rent. The noise levels are mostly good, the neighborhood is safe and looks nice enough, the amenities are excellent, but this place isn't the cheapest.
One additional plus is there is a well-trusted auto repair shop (Groton Tire) in walking distance of the apartment complex.
