we had a appointment at 1:30-2:00 p.m., we came from another city to see the apartment, no one picked up the phone, we waited until 2:20 p.m. in the rain and left, because no one answered

I scheduled a tour of an apartment online with this apartment and they never showed up and I tried to call multiple times and they didn’t answer the phone.

Not the worst place to live but there are some problems.

Parking passes are $60/month, but the parking lot is constantly full of cars without passes after hours. Getting a pass is a waste of money because they don’t ever check the cars parked in the lot or tow anyone without a pass.

There are only two elevators, one of which has been broken for months and they never fix it. The second one breaks down somewhat often, forcing people on upper floors to walk up a lot of stairs.

My catalytic converter was stolen from my car in the property’s parking lot while there was allegedly overnight security. Property manager is nowhere to be found, only a sign on the door stating they are away until further notice. No emails were sent to residents to notify us of this change. Elevators constantly malfunction!! I was rescued by the fire department after being stuck on the elevator for over 30mins, with absolutely no help from the property manager or on-call staff. I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! The residents are super kind, everyone minds their business and management is great, Ashley is outstanding. Everything is about a 10 minutes distance either way you go which is very convenient. Maintenance comes right away whenever something needs to be fixed. I have nothing but great things to say about living here.
