Middletown Brookes leasing agent Lee Trotman is exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about this young woman. She’s smart and beyond her years. Lee is very understanding and is very genuine. She is available all the times and greets you with a smile.

Everyone in the office is very friendly. They all take an interest in assisting you. Their respond time is also in real time. They all work together as a team. They get the job done.

Al the maintenance manager came out of his way to meet... and greet. He is another unique and professional person and is knowledgeable in his field. He is fast and efficient. He not one to hide. He is out in the community making sure everything is running smoothly. You can always find him. He will wave and be happy of assistance.

From the moment I toured the property, the leasing team, especially Lee Trotman, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the move-in process seamless. Maintenance has been consistently great. The leasing office refurbishment seemed to take way longer than expected, however just after its re-opening we met a wonderfully helpful woman that works there now. Lee was friendly, very helpful, and just a joy to interact with.

The community is great, the amenities are great, however I found we need maintenance more than I’d like to. But that being said the maintenance men are really nice anyways so not much of a problem at all

Pretty good place, but a bit on the pricey side. They went and tacked on a parking fee and amenity fees, after fixin’ up the office and gym—though, truth be told, there weren’t much need for it. Looks about the same, just with a newer couch and some fresh equipment. That said, I sure do love the public grill and the pet park. Maintenance is real quick, and they got the snow cleared in no time.
