Clean modern apartments. Quiet community, enjoy the amenities - gym, dog park, pool. Love having walking distance to the mattebasett trail. Just wish the gym would be open more often.

Okay but expensive

The apartment itself is satisfactory, but the recent steep increase in lease renewal rates and added charges for amenities have me seriously reconsidering whether staying here is worth it. The audacity to now charge for parking spaces is simply outrageous.

While the staff is courteous and maintenance is efficient, the policies feel like a blatant cash grab, preying on renters who have limited options.

As for the clubhouse and gym, they’ve been closed for an unacceptable six months for... so-called reconstruction. Now that they’re finally reopening, a quick look from the window reveals no substantial changes. The only noticeable difference is some new equipment replacing what was already in good condition. This entire ordeal reeks of a flimsy pretext to justify the amenities fee hike.
