Middletown Brooke Apartments

I wish I could leave zero stars. The units are old and not well maintained. The floor is warped. Paint is chipping. There are huge gaps in the floor in the paneling. The tubs are creaking. It sounds and feels like you’re going to fall through the floor. For the exorbitant price in nonexistent amenities this property is highly overpriced. Maintenance is the shining star of this place. Rent keeps increasing even though there’s been no upgrades to our amenities or living space at all. Communication with office staff and leasing office needs improvement. What we live in and what we have access to does not come close to what we pay each month.

Overall, I had a positive experience at the property. The pet park is really nice—well-maintained and spacious, making it a great spot for dogs to play and socialize. I also appreciated how clean and tidy the common areas are; it shows that the management takes pride in the community.

In terms of service, I found it to be efficient and responsive, which made my interactions smooth and hassle-free.

However, I do think the rent is on the higher side.

Leandra was very helpful & made our moving in process so much easier/comfortable! Everyone seems so nice here whether it’s with a smile or a simple hello. Definitely would recommend to anyone else looking for a place to live!

Lovely living space , calm and quiet area and very kind staff . Love it ! Amenities are awesome and lots of parking space . Lots of close by stores , very convenient!
