How Is This Rating Determined?

It’s alright

Very thin walls. You will hear everything from one neighbors tv to the footsteps of the tenant above you, to the snoring of another. Mediocre building. Area is not that safe. Multiple cars in the lot have had their wheels stolen overnight. Noticed very high turnaround at this but prosperity. Moving trucks basically every weekend. Close proximity to the mall and Route 9 and I-84.

Parking

The property is great and so is management but parking is becoming inconvenient. The spots are less and less every night.
