Not Worth The Money

Me & My Family Moved Here Last year , we thought this is the most beautiful apt we ever seen and we took it right away a little short after moving in one elevator stopped working (mid oct) and is still out of service then the second elevator is out of service since the 2 week of this month and both are now out of service, the maintenance freaking suck the only elevator that is being used is on the other side of the building and is disgusting at times and even going down the stair there piece of... trash these peoples dont care about anything just want to take your money and it sad because we are hardworking people trying to provide for our family and it looks like we live in the hood !

Like a downscaled Marriott Courtyard

If you like staying at a Marriott Courtyard (which is to say dull, bland, non-inviting, stained carpets in the hallways), this is your place. Many things are wrong here...

- Security - although the property is gated, the garage doors are always open. Anyone can get in. Two weeks after moving in, my personal property was stolen from a locked storage room and the staff could care less. I was told to call the police. Zero security cameras.

- Staff - too busy to care. Generally, not...
pleasant.

- Units - very dated, cheaply made, mostly non-working appliances. Thin walls. Every room and ceiling painted the same drab beige color. Like living in an asylum.

- Property - the main reason I moved here, but it's not what I hoped. It's next to Bocuzzi park, which is a drug dealer haven. Police are there at least once per week. Loud music playing well into most nights. The property grounds are essentially a dog toilet. It's close to the water - so that's good, I guess.

- Amenities - average at best. Basic gym equipment. Pool is ok, but no furniture. The theater has old connections, so it's hard to use. Basketball court is good, but the problem is that it (and the theater) is only open when the leasing staff is working. So if you work during the day, you will never be able to use these amenities. E.g., staff goes home at 5pm on weekends, which means no movie night for you! They do offer a coffee machine, which is nice, but no matter which button you press, you get plain black :(

For the money, it's not even close to being worth it. Look elsewhere.

Mgmt and location deceiving 2.5

Beyond the new leasing center area rebuilt … beyond the doors to see apartments it needs an update of paint abs removal of carpet as many community people do not care if or responsible for their messes in hallways… the trash areas/elevators are not properly kept up and or cleaned!! No security, Mgmt does not stick to the leasing requirements! Their are no ramifications or fines outlined in the lease.

WORST APARTMENT- DONT LIVE HERE

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Not only are the apartments very outdated and VERY loud (water and heat pipes, hear upstairs neighbors walking/talking) the leasing staff are SO rude and inconsiderate. They only want your money and don't care about if you're happy in your living situation and will not fix any of your maintenance issues unless they're life threatening. I am counting down the months until my lease is up so I can get out of here.

The best apartment in Stamford area

I have lived at TGM for one year. Had to leave because I relocated to a different state.
My overall experience was very good. Spacious, clean and modern apartments right by the water. Maintenance request are solved right away.
Leasing office staff and management very respectful, accommodating and kind.
My move in, my stay and move out were all easy and seamless. Can not be better. I have lived in different apartments for quite some time, by far TGM excels in every respect.
Highly recommend this...
apartment if you are in Stamford area.
