Terrible Management
The building always looks terrible and under construction, the wifi never works here, and the elevators are always breaking down

Good- location (as long as you know food shuts down at 8pm around here and no close market)
- staff is very friendly.
Bad - everything is broken with the "repair" being worse than it was before.
- the majority is corporate housing, so if you have a lease, its like living in a hotel - where people stay a couple days to a week with a constant turn around of people. Not great...especially during pandemic. It also lends to people treating it like a hotel - loud and rude.
- Hot tub has been broken... for a year.
- A rotating number of elevators are constantly broken
- The highly advertised "fountain", after being covered with a tarp for a year, is now a trashy "flower pot" except it looks like crap, full of weeds, with cracks they glued together that make it look like wet pee all the time.
- To add to the trashy vibe, the one grassy area is roped off with caution tape. It used to have more grassy spots, but they tore up the landscaping and replaced the grass with weed like plants.
- redid 1/2 of the carpet and wallpaper on one floor, and all on a second floor, so very mis-matched.

Worst Management Company. The Hot Tub at the Lansburgh has been broken since April 2022 and still not fixed. They are still waiting for a part and are blaming COVID, Really? Offered to purchase part and they have to buy from their contractors. They are trying to save a buck by not running the Hot Tub. Also they do not have the water fountain pictured in their advertisements, its just dirt now. Really sad for the amount of rent. Do not rent here! Can't wait until my lease is over in a month.

Love the building... the loft units are absolutely incredible!
The location is absolutely impeccable... right in the HEART of the City... steps from the National Mall and the Capital One Arena. What truly made this a special place to live was the Staff... from an understanding and caring GM in Kevin, to an incredible front desk staff! Truly is a familial environment!

In Penn Quarter, the place has the convenience of being located right next to the National Archive Metro and Gallery Place Metro and a short walk to Metro Center. Down the street from the Verizon center and 2 blocks from the National Mall. It is located in the heart of all major attractions and national museums. The only drawback is the building doesn't have a rooftop like other apartment building nearby. From studio, to 3 bedroom apartments, all of them have been upgrade to modern appliances by... GE with recess lighting and with floor to ceiling bay windows. Some have balcony with the interior patio with a gazebo and with an indoor pool view.
The staff operating the front office with 24/7 video surveillance and they offer onsite dry cleaning service and maid service with GSI residencial homemaid services. The building has two entrances with below garage with 4 levels of parking through Colonial Parking. The Lansburgh also accommodates furnished apartments and short lease contracts upon request. Overall, it is a great place to live and be centralized to all of DC's attractions.
