Mapleton Square Apartment Homes

Very smooth transition and I feel very welcomed by my neighbors! The community is quite and very well kept and nice! The apartments are also very spacious and nice!

My kids and I are loving it so far. The quiet neighborhood access to the playground after school and so many close grocery stores and it’s so convenient as a mom to have CVS so close !

I absolutely love the apartment complex and the leasing office team. They are so easy to talk to and help you in anyway possible. This makes three years with Mapleton Square and I couldn’t be happier.

We have been living here for almost 4 months, it’s an ok apartment complex, but the dryers in the laundry rooms don’t work well and the actual cost of using the washer/dryer set up is not told to you at move in. The machine also only takes cash. It’s just really inconvenient, the laundromat around the corner is cleaner and cheaper, so you’re better off going there. The one in my row is also a hang out spot for teenagers, so you have awkward run ins with groups of kids as well. We were told “on... site laundry” and assumed that it would be cheaper or cost free or at least easier to load your card considering what you pay for rent. Read More

The apartment is very clean and comfortable for just myself and the application process was very smooth with Jacquelyn! She is very kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process!
