Horrible place to live. Bug infested Do not rent here!!!!

Terrible place to live. They don’t fix anything and if they do it takes them months to do it. They go up on the rent by 130-150 these past 2 years and won’t upgrade the apartment. Property manager places atleast 7-8 dogs in the same building. No one cleans up after their pets. The laundry room always broken. The pool just opened since being closed for 3 years and it’s extremely dirty. The staff do not care about the residents. It’s always fire trucks and police in the complex.

I have lived her for awhile and the odd staff was not great. However, the new staff that started at the very end of 2021 is amazing. They are so kind and always available for anything I need.

Lived here for two years. We kept our apartment super clean and still got roaches. On top of that loud neighbors and car alarms going off all night. You might as well live in the city. We had a severe squirrel infestation and I got rid of them myself because after 6 months nothing was done. But what happened when i moved out? They sent me to collections for 80$ even tho they should be paying me. The people in the office are clueless also but they’re great salesmen. I have lived here for a year and a half, the leasing office people have been really helpful and respond to any maintenance issue promptly. I would recommend this place, and is a extremely safe community for all age groups. They have always gone an extra mile to solve any problem i had. I am leaving this place today, but if i ever come back to Delaware I am coming back to this community.
