Great Place to live

It’s a great community to live. It’s fun, it’s safe, and the management and staff are wonderful. Always in great moods, very friendly and professional. There are even community events as well. Excellent choice we made.

Loving my new home!

I recently just moved into this beautiful community with my roommate, and we have been blown away by the customer service and welcoming demeanor the office team demonstrates. We moved in the week of them celebrating residents' appreciation week and every day we were showered by them, from breakfast on the go to free pizza slices. But what stood out the most was the fun pool party they put together for the residence's this past Saturday! They served us amazing food, drinks and played some fun... games in the sun. It was extremely hot out there but every time I looked their way they were smiling and engaging with every resident. I am so happy we decided to move into Cortland Uptown Altamonte because within a week I truly feel appreciated by the team here. I am absolutely loving my new home!
