Do not move here! Management sucks!!

Signed in to move to the Oasis as soon as they gave us a tour of the apartment everything looked wonderful and they told us exactly what we wanted to hear.
They promised us a free month which we never got. Our appliances broke down on which they were new, our fridge leaked water all over the place, loud hallways that were always full of dust, spiders and saw rats there many times. Dog poop on the walkway.
Management was awful and keys to the clubhouse barely worked half of the times. At the...
times to finished the lease which I even moved out a month before my lease was over even tho I was still paying for it because I couldn’t stand to live there any longer they hit us with fees that should have been covered on the deposit and decided to even charge us more for cleaning and a whole bunch of bogus charges.
There’s many other places that would suit you better than here specially because I couldn’t get anywhere with management since they don’t explain nor answer to anything.
GO ELSE WHERE TRUST ME! Save yourself the hassle…. Just look at all the reviews

Dear Resident,
We are sorry to hear that your experience with us during your stay was less than exceptional. We did speak earlier in the week regarding your move-out experience and the fee's associated with the damages in your home. If...

TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR...THEN THEY SWITCH UP REAL QUICK

Definitely would skip this place when apartment hunting. From the constant marijuana smell in the hallways, clubhouse key NEVER working (everyone who lives here was always so frustrated by this) and such loud noise coming from all directions of your unit...trust me you don't want to deal with the stress.

The office staff...don't even get me started. They tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you to sign. Then they switch up real fast. And good luck trying to get in touch with them over...
the phone. Most of these reviews you should note are from people who are still living there. Just wait until you try to move out. You pay a 200 dollar cleaning fee (which i understand) however, you are expected to pay additional money for anything they don't feel like cleaning. We got in trouble and were expected to pay more for them to clean up dust and hair. So yeah...you pay 200 dollars for them to clean it and then get in trouble if you don't deep clean it as well. Lovanni called our apartment filthy and then laughed at my very upset husband on the phone. I didn't realize hair, dust, a wrapper and crumbs after move out called for letters being sent to our new house patronizing us for more money. Oh and they will also try to tell you that you need new 600 dollar carpet when you move out even though youve never had any pets, spills. stains rips or kids in your unit. Another example of trying to take advantage of people for no reason.

All in all, the appearance of this place is nice and they do take care of the grounds. However, when you look a little deeper, there are complaints from everyone who is stuck there by their lease. LIVE SOMEWHERE THERE IS MORE GOOD THAN BAD.

Not worth the Money

It is truly a shame to see this property ran the way it is. Such a beautiful looking property that seems promising at first but falls short on all fronts. The main issues you will hear among many people living here are.
1- Loud footsteps from upstairs neighbors. It sounds like they are literally stomping if they just walk to the bathroom.
2- Constant barking from all the dogs nearby. Many of the dogs are untrained and not friendly with the other dogs or people.
3-Bugs and dirt among the common...
areas and stair wells.
4- Elevator also very dirty and has cheap decorative siding that is meant to imitate luxury but is very flimsy and has been chipped since I lived there.

Also I would like to note I would bet my paycheck half of these cheesy 5 star reviews were bought by a marketing service.

However even though all those are points I can get behind I have a much Bigger complaint with Oasis. They are attempting to get me to pay them for new carpeting in the apartment that we moved out of. I have never spilled a drink in there, had a pet, or kid but I will attach the photos they sent as "proof" and let public opinion decide.... STAY AWAY BAD BUSINESS! SHAMEFUL TO SAY THE LEAST!

Treated like family

Club House is luxury resort style. Always clean and smells wonderful. we were worried about our yellow lab Bentley moving to an apartment from our house with big yard. Absolutely adores ladies in the office Jess, Love, and Heather. Location is perfect walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, farmers market, shops, and more. separate area for big and little dogs. Maintenance responds quickly. The app is great to request service, etc. Monthly and Holiday events are fun nicely set up with food... and drinks, cute things for kids. They really think of everything. The gym is not crowded . Having the 24/hr access is great to have. I love the the cafe media section with booths, tv comfy chairs all over. Computer and printer for everyone to use. A separate conference room has everything for those that work from their homes, and kids that homeschool. Pool area has a spot for everyone (sunbathers, readers, picnics, shaded, grillers, and chilling area. Cabana is so peaceful with ducks, a turtle family, cranes. The apartment layout and room size is spacious considering your in an apartment. Sure there were some kinks to work out in the beginning . That is to be expected with a new property. Can you tell in some areas construction might have rushed, yes. Unfortunately, the population boom, its between getting your place now or waiting longer . Those minors are not significant enough with the overall property. Considering there are residents moving from all over the country you feel a great sense of community. They address any situations if residents are not following rules or new residents are made aware of when garbage goes out, no pick up on weekends, no smoking on property, etc. They have a dog dna program (sounds odd but makes sense) incase there is "something" no disposed of properly in the grass and common area. It makes a difference when you are treated with kindness and respect. The office doesn't have to remember all residents' name and their dogs' too! Your home, you have opportunity to meet others if you want to. you have accessibility to so much more
