Big disappointment for sure!
This property has issues with infestation of silverfish and although they love to show the heat pools which by the way, haven’t been heated in a very long time. Also fire pits that can’t be used because they are out of gas and haven’t been replaced. Also, if you try to use the grow, it’s almost like you’re going to cause a huge fire. Maintenance comes in to repair. Unfortunately they’re coming in several times for the same repair. Rent keeps going up and I am told that I should expect it to go... up again next year when my lease is up but in the meantime, we live with the disappointments. we have new management But still have poor work ethics. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate as well to resolve some of the issues in my apartment as well as the property itself and the disregard for tenants sometimes. So please do your research because it’s not as it seems.
