I sincerely apologize for the challenges you are facing but unfortunately, we are unable to address situations of which we have not been made aware. Were you able to remove the squirrel from your apartment? If you are still facing that situation, we... can send our service to over to assist you or we will be more than happy to contact an animal trapper to remove it if you contact the Leasing Office.

Please be advised that we have screens in stock but haven't received any work orders to replace or install them recently. Feel free to contact the leasing office and we will enter a work order to get that rectified.

With regards to the laundry room, we do have 2 on site. We did close the main laundry room for approximately 1 hour this week to replace all the outlets in it as the machines kept tripping the breakers thus turning off the machines. As well, the front laundry room was closed for approximately a month this summer as we had to replace the roof and ceiling. When we scheduled the work, it was supposed to be completed in a week. It was not our intention to close it for such an extended period of time but the process was delayed due to the excessive rains throughout the summer. During that time, our 2nd laundry room was open as was outlined in the notices we sent to all residents.
