If you would like to add pool heating and hot tub heat to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
