If looking for a quiet friendly garden apt community so far I would highly recommend the Windsor in Delray Beach.

John does excellent maintenance work! Not only have my requests been responded to quickly, but the work is great. My screen door now slides perfectly and the HVAC is back to running flawlessly. I appreciated the card he left with his explanations.
