Muy feliz por todos los cambios que estoy viendo en la comunidad! Me quedo tranquila por la seguridad, el grupo de mantenimiento que siempre está a la orden! Y el staff que siempre está pendiente de todo son de gran ayuda!!

Better Than expected!

We have been here almost a year and half and we are seeing some good changes, I'm pleased with the current management. They have new security, new office team and looks like their fixing the amenities too, very glad my husband and I decided to give the management a chance and we renewed, they've been better than expected and seems like its gonna get even better as time goes on.

Okay but some caveats/Está bien, pero algunas advertencias

The apartment itself is pretty nice, albeit small after living in a townhouse. The location is very good in terms of shopping and services. Maintenance of the actual apartment is good.
Now the caveats.
If you plan on ordering merchandise to be shipped here, prepare to have it STOLEN. The building has a good package locker system that easily becomes overwhelmed or not used by UPS, Fedex or Amazon. I just received a notification that my package was delivered to find that someone had opened all...
of the packages looking for stuff to STEAL. I would advise having deliveries only by USPS or to an Amazon locker at L.A. Fitness on 41st street.
Also like the other person mentioned, dogs are constantly barking, urinating in the halls and elevators.
The umbrellas at the pool area have all been removed with no plan for replacement. The pool sofas are filthy and the fabric never gets cleaned.
El apartamento en sí es bastante bonito, aunque pequeño después de vivir en una casa adosada. La ubicación es muy buena en cuanto a compras y servicios. El mantenimiento del apartamento actual es bueno.
Ahora las advertencias.
Si planea ordenar la mercancía para ser enviada aquí, prepárese para que se la ROBEN. El edificio cuenta con un buen sistema de casilleros para paquetes que fácilmente se abruma o no es utilizado por UPS, Fedex o Amazon. Acabo de recibir una notificación de que mi paquete fue entregado y descubrí que alguien había abierto todos los paquetes en busca de cosas para ROBAR. Aconsejaría tener entregas solo por USPS o en un casillero de Amazon en L.A. Fitness en la calle 41.
También como la otra persona mencionada, los perros ladran constantemente, orinan en los pasillos y ascensores.
Las sombrillas en el área de la piscina han sido removidas sin ningún plan de reemplazo. Los sofás de la piscina están sucios y la tela nunca se limpia.

Land BARK South

Land "BARK" South is currently an awful place to live right now. I've lived here almost 2years and it's gotten progressively worse month after month. It's basically a dog kennel and smokers Haven. All day long dogs bark repeatedly from being left out on balconies. This morning has been nothing but a barrage of multiple dogs yelping and howling. There a dog that's been going nuts since 9am. It's 10:10am now.
Smokers also trash the place with their buts. Just ask to view the courtyard area if you...
come to visit and you'll see hundreds of buts thrown over the balconies into the courtyard. In addition, the courtyard and pool area furniture and umbrellas look trashed and old. Look closely and you'll see cigarette burns and ripped furniture. The residents don't care about this place :(
And fire code violations from people grilling on their balconies. Pretty scary stuff but what do I know.
Also be sure to wash your car regularly because you'll have obscene things written on your car if any dust settles on it.
I've attempted to work with management here to resolve many issue and I have dozens if not hundreds of documentation (emails + texts) showing my complaints and requests for help but nothing gets done. The 'rules' don't go unforced. The rules are ignored by the residents here.
That's ultimately why I decided to write this review this morning. I'm at my wits end and although the office says they're here for me. Nothing gets done so it's honestly insulting and shameful at this point.
I do want to say that maintenance and security are very nice and do a great job but I'm honestly sad writing this review because I consider this my home but I'm surrounded by a terrible living condition with zero hope of it changing. From what I pay in rent every month I feel this place is a humiliating and distressful place to live. So be warned. I truly wish I didn't have to write this but like I said, I'm at a very hopeless point and need to express my experience here for other's to read and consider. Thank you for taking time to read this
