The management team is very deficient.
I have seen the deterioration of the property in all aspects. The operational structure must be evaluated and redesigned. The management culture at the office is based upon misinformation and lies.

My experience so far has been negative, although there are many things I really like here. I intend to leave a very bad review with photos and videos of the problems if they are not fixed soon.

Solmar on Sixth provides a great opportunity to live very close to downtown Fort Lauderdale. The price of living at solmar is not as expensive as nearby apartments and you don’t experience a huge lapse in amenities.
