The administration is terrible they treat you as if you lived for free

We have been living here for more than 3 years and we had until April 30 to renew the contract and my husband called yesterday April 20 to renew and the manager tells him that unfortunately he could not renew that the owner of the complex decided not to do it without any valid reason . We are waiting for a call back from headquarters to clear this up.

Great place to live!!

Beautiful apartments at an affordable price compared with other rental communities. I have been living here for 3 years and I’m in love with my lake view unit.

Management is horrible

My wife and I moved here in February and the buildings are very nice the amenities are great to stellar but the problem is the management. The first week I lived here the access gate fell down on my car and scratched my roof and when I told the leasing manager she told me she would look into it with while chuckling , Four months later nothing. Since the day I moved into the apartment we noticed a black Jeep Cherokee with little air in the tires and no license plate parked backwards in front of... our building. (In the state of FL it is Illegal to have a car parked without a license plate ) I’ve mentioned this to the same management staff they told me they don’t know what to do it’s been months!
These people just take your money and run they now want to change the AC filters every 3 months that’s disgusting for the amount of money you pay you shouldn’t have to go through with this kind of negligence from the management staff. I don’t advise anybody to ever move here unless you like throwing away money and being ignored by the other people who are supposed to be there to help you. Zero stars if I could!

PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE

It is a very nice and new residence. Unfortunately it has cons that I feel in the obligation to share:

- It is a constant problem PARKING, you must have a sticker on your vehicle to ensure that you are a resident and that you are parking in the correct area, however I have been towed twice without reason or any justification, which has caused losing time and money, so no one is responsible for that, because the administration blames the company they hired themselves to maintain “order” in the...
parking lot, Nu-Way Towing Service is the name of the incompetent company.

- The visitor parking are just a few and that cause discomfort for the guests that the residents have.

- You can only have 4 guests to enjoy the pool and common areas. If you want to invite more people you must rent the private area and maximum is for 10 people.

- The game room or Clubhouse can only be used during office hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturdays from 10am to 5pm and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm.

For me the main problem is parking, but these are some points that depending on your needs you may consider important or not. I hope it helps you.

Resident since May 2017.
