I have lived here 14 years there have been some noisy neighbors in my building but not for a few years when anything goes wrong the office is always so helpful and maintenance always knowledgeable and repairs are completed quickly

Quiet and calm. Living here has been pretty nice. The apartments are nice and maintenance has solved any issues that have been brought up. Neighbors are nice and quiet.

Very nice community. Leasing office is nice and is great at answering questions in a timely manner. Maintenance is pretty timely, fully replaced our washing machine when it broke, only 3 days later.

Love living here. Have been here for almost 5 years and my kids have grown up here. I love my neighbors that have been here with me since the start and how quiet it is!

Strategic location, good employees (especially the maintenance people), lots of renovations etc. making the complex look better and better, most of the neighbors suck though. People with pets are mostly nasty (there's always dog poop near the parking lot & the walkway near the buildings). Can't stand the smell of weed from the neighbors smoking on their porch, yuck! Some people love to blast music in their car in the parking lot and my very next door neighbors love to watch TV with max volume or... something because I can hear it even when I'm in the bedroom. Our car got broke into TWICE and the second time it almost got stolen, I don't feel safe here.
