New Management - Terrible Overhaul
I had a friend who had previously lived here, and I took over her apartment in August of 2024. As of the writing of this, I have hated almost every minute of living here simply because of the people who run this place. I've never been around such gross incompetence and people who genuinely do not care. I never got my own apartment key, mailbox key, or gym key fob; I had to get those made myself by copying my roommate's key. Then, they had to come get MY key to make themselves a copy because... apparently they never even had their own copy. So if there was some sort of emergency, they would have had no way to get into my apartment. On top of that, it took weeks to get access to the portal to PAY RENT and CALL MAINTENANCE, which is also terribly annoying. When I continued to call and message, I hit my breaking point when I got an AI-generated response that offered no support or guidance. I was livid and had to take a day off work just to go talk to them in person. Never in my life have I met such stupidity and carelessness. It is clear the people working at the front have no clue what they are doing, and have no desire to better themselves or the apartment complex. The apartment itself is fine, you get what you pay for. It is dated, but cozy; there is trash valet they you have no choice but to pay for, and they are terrible about taking care of the trash. It smells so bad in the corridors sometimes because of this. The pools are not super clean, and the gym is fine. Like I said, it's cheap so you get what you pay for. But dealing with the people up front? I'd almost rather be homeless. Do not rent here, find literally anywhere else.
