The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
