Meet your new home!

I moved in Jan 2024 and Annie, Linda and Alissa were the best to work with! I was in the hospital during move in and I asked them so many questions when I got out and they were so helpful every time. They never turned me away and gave me to someone else. If I had a service request, they were right on top of it for me! I have lived in rental homes that don’t give me the attention I am receiving from them and Parker at East Village. The apartment is very well managed and maintained. It’s worth the... expenses for the amenities you receive! They have made me feel at home.

Deceitful practices

Warning- this apartment promoted a free month with a 12 month lease, then declined to honor it because “it’s a different management company now”, and “it’s not technically in the lease”, even though the lease term was 13 months.
Bad faith, deceitful practice. Beware.

Honest Review

A HONEST review, apartments are small. For being “luxury” there is no attention to detail. Cheap paint on the walls, you can’t wash them or the paint comes off. Cheap flooring. I had to adjust 4 of the doors because they were not adjusted and would not shut like they should. Parking is a JOKE, it is not enforced, my wife and I have given up our parking spots more than once for elderly people who have handicapped tags. For what they charge for those apartments you should not have to park the... distance of two city blocks away or have to park outside the gate in front of the office and walk. Garages are way overpriced and chances of you getting one close to your apartment is slim. We had one and it was over a block away. Who wants to walk a block or two carrying groceries or if it’s raining? The hallways are gross and hardly ever get cleaned. The paint on the concrete chips up all the time and they just slap a little bit of paint over it instead of doing it correctly. Maintenance rides around on a industrial sized leaf blower and blows everything from the parking lot all over everyone’s vehicles blowing dirt and who knows what else all over the vehicles. The maintenance guy is very rude and disrespectful. You are charged $25 a month for a Valet trash service that’s a joke. There isn’t a set time, they could come at 7pm, or they could come at 11pm pulling their very loud cart down the hallway which wakes up everyone’s dogs. Half the time they don’t even take your trash. The pool, gym, and clubhouse are nice. These apartments are not luxury, they are nicer than most just because they are new. They are incredibly overpriced and small. The patios are awful. It’s not enjoyable to sit out on them when you have 3-4 central air units within 3 feet of your patio. When you move out make sure to take a video of your apartment and show everything or they will try to nickel and dime you and send you a bill. Very disappointed in this situation place. I would not recommend.

STAY AWAY

Gates broken ALL THE TIME. No security
Dogs barking CONSTANTLY. Will wake you up.
I have a small dog, larger dogs walking around without leashes afraid to walk my dog outside!
Grass is never well kept in both the middle of the complex and in the surroundings. Sometimes 1.5 to 2 feet high looks horrible
Water absolutely stinks of sulfur. Embarrassed to have guests over due to the smell

Water smell is horrible !!!

The water smell is horrible. I’m breaking my lease because of it. They said it would clear up in a week or two. 6 months later still smells. Please check water before leasing there. It’s unbearable.
