How Is This Rating Determined?

Property is in disrepair

Half the elevators are broken, the pool and hot tub heaters are broken, my air conditioning is broken, there is a lot of broken equipment in the gym (plus no gym wipes), and constant construction noise just next door. There is no way this place merits a 4.9 star score. Notice the positive reviews were all written on the same day. Suspicious? Buyer beware.

Lazy and aggressive management.

Waited 45 minutes for a tour, only 1 employee working in the leasing office on a Saturday… agent didn’t know basic questions about the property, and didn’t know who I could contact for more information. Waste of time.

Love it here

I love Alea Miami! The aesthetic & decor is so nice and everybody is so friendly. The staff will help you immediately and make sure you’re taken care of. The security is always attentive and they are there 24/7. Definitely recommend living here.
