Te prometen muchas cosas pero después de firmar contrato todo es un problema, horrible lugar lleno de droga,excremento de perros, problemas de estacionamiento,las señoras que trabajan no sirven para nada, por favor aléjate de ese lugar

Palmetto Place is TRASH. They are they next Belle Glade work camp. Parking is horrible. You will NEVER park close to your apartment. Neighbors have late night parties whose guests can take your parking spot. At 1:00am a drug dealer drives through because the gates are wide open for anyone to enter

This place is a JOKE. Recently we got notices that we will have to pay for water and even more trash fees. I have been renting for 10 years and I have never heard of being charged for water?! The only time paying water is when you own a home...it makes no sense. It's true insanity. On top of that your rent gets raised every year you live here. YEAH. They charge you 150 more when you renew your lease. How do they even make sense of that in their minds? It makes my family extremely stressed out... knowing that our rent will be raised for absolutely no reason. This place takes complete advantage of families trying to live here in Kendall. I am extremely disappointed in the uncalled for and excessive charges being places on the residents. Do NOT move here. Unless you want to be taken advantage of and constantly stressed out about different fee notices on your door every day.

Ive been here for a few months now and I really enjoy the location and how reasonable the pricing is. You cant find a better price anywhere in Kendall. Since I've been here, I've had a few hick-ups with minor things. But the office staff and maintenance staff work really well together to make sure all my issues were resolved in a timely manner. there was a time that I had a surprise water leak and Jessica made sure it was fixed within the same day. About 30 minutes after the leak was fixed, a... maintenance employee made sure nothing was damaged and did a quality inspection. He re-assured that everything was ok which made me feel a lot better. To me, Good customer service means helping customers/residents efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's one of the things that can set a business apart from the other competition. That is what Palmetto Place is all about. So thank you again to the entire staff for doing what you do best and keep up the amazing work.
