Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is an EV charger you can use if needed, please do not tamper with the charger as damages will be translate into fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads.
