Poor onboarding process
The office didn't care to show me my new apartment, they relied on my memory from 3 months prior when the person that sold me this place was fired afterwards (and nobody called me to talk to me about our conversations to make sure I was ok)
I get to my apartment and it is totally not the apartment I signed up for.
I was shown the residence, but there was someone living in it, but it was on the street. This apartment is facing the parking lot and I have 3 air conditioner units outside of my porch... .... not a relaxing scene, plus I am looking at cars right beside my porch.
I am very disappointed with the lack of caring that they made, no effort to show me my mailbox, or explain this stupid CCS thing.... unprofessional, and for the money, just not ok
