The surrounding area is a good location. The apts and property in nice condition and the amenities (pool and gym) all kept clean . And to top it off the employees are all very helpful amd knowledgable.

staff are great everything else is just ok
Frist of all the staff here is really good, The fact that there is hardwood floors on all levels is the worst part about the Baldwin. You can hear every noise your upstairs neighbors make maybe we just got lucky and the loudest people on the planet moved in, but I would not stay on the 1st floor. The amenity's are good, but nothing too special. Trash does pile up on the weekends big time. If you are looking for clean and peaceful you might want to look elsewhere.

I have relocated from NY to Florida and decided to go with the Baldwin. From day one Jaimee has helped and when I arrived Orion also assisted me. Maintenance is very friendly and efficient! The property is also lovely! Glad I chose to live here!
