How Is This Rating Determined?

No Maintenance, not safe, dirty

First thing if you care about your kids do not move here, schools are bad the community it is a disaster, dirty, no maintenance response, the units are in bad condition and they don't fix it. the trash dispose it is always over flooding of trash, the pool and gym are always close never available for the residents, police are always here with issues that happen all the time. we move here with out knowing and I can't wait for the lease to end. there is never parking available. people dring like... crazy with loud music. If you like to live descent DO NOT RENT HERE.

Cockroaches

If you like roaches then this is the place for you! Seriously though, my apartment is infested. So much so that they're allowing me to break my lease. This place is disgusting. 0/5 stars.

The Isle

I would recommend this apartment community because I was very satisfied with the level of help I received during the application process and how informative and patient each staff member have been with me. Also, this community wasn't the first I've visited but it was my final choice.
