Hidden charges flooding in apartment constant fixtures in the apartment... Poor communication with management staff, lack of empathy when it comes to tenant situations

Apartments are clean. Great neighbors. Feels very safe since we have police living here. Been here a couple of years and Im happy. One thing I have to say is that maintenance is always on top of any issue

Over 3 years here now. The Monroe is a gorgeous property that is home! I love seeing turtles and ducks outside at the pond every morning! Beautiful balcony apartments, pools are gorgeous, fitness center is great.

This Is it very quiet community. The maintenance is very quick and swift to take care of my problems. Management is always there to hear whatever problems are situations I may have. My neighbors are very friendly kind and welcoming.
