LOVE my new home!!!

I've been living here for a little over a month. I seriously don't have a single complain. I live in a mid rise building and just love living here so much. it is overall pretty quiet, and the property is just so beautiful! I haven't made it to any resident events yet, but really want to so that I can meet new people! It does truly feel like living on a resort. As a single female, I also feel VERY safe living here and walking my dog around the property by myself! Thank you Sara for everything... you have done to help me!!

Love where you live!!!!!

I’ve been working at The Preserve for just a week and it’s one of the most beautiful properties I’ve seen in all of Tampa! They have a great selection of floor plans and the bedrooms and closet spaces are huge. The location is so close to everything and with all the amenities and fun variety of resident events, it’s almost impossible to have a chance of boredom. I will 100% recommend it to my Tampa friends looking for a new home!

7 Years and Counting

Im going on my 7th year renewing with this community and I don’t plan on leaving. The ladies in the office are fantastic and do what they can to make sure any of my issues are addressed. Wendy, you’re a GEM and have a fantastic team under you. And a big thank you to the maintenance team for always being so responsive. What’s my favorite thing about living here - THE RIVER and free classes you guys offer. Thank you thank you thank you. You guys are stuck with me for another year!

Incredible Service
