Beautiful community and the staff is so hardworking and great. The monthly events are a nice touch and the location is perfect for me for school and work.

Love my New Place!

I moved in back in July 2024 and love it here. My neighbors are so nice. It’s clean and quiet. Maintinance responds with in a day or two. I also love that my power bill has been so low even on the second floor with vaulted ceilings. They just renovated and it’s the best quality I could find in Sanford!

Run away

Run away! The staff in the office deceived me. They never allowed me to see the apartment before I signed. They said they would walk it for me the day of. I get the keys and there’s a dead roach on the stove! No way they walked it! It reeks like cigarette smoke inside! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
