I enjoy the location — I get walk in the Red Bug Slough pretty much every day — Siesta Key is only 4 miles away and Publix a mile up and Walmart a mile down both in walking distance. It’s quiet at night.

L'Estancia is a great place to live only 10 minutes from the SIesta Kay beaches. The community is extremely well cared for, with very nice and clean amenities; gym, on-site laundry and pool. The Red Bug Preserve adjacent is very peaceful for daily walks or jogs. This is a very safe community in a great neighnorhood and the Management is very accessible and professional. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live check this commmunity out : )

Nice staff and neighbors. Convenience to local attractions and stores. The amenities seem nice, although I don't use them, it's nice to know they are here if I want to use them.

Nice staff and when I need maintenance they are quick to come take care of the problem. Quiet on the side that I live on and location is convenient.
