Complete silence and Good staff and neighbors and close to 100 restaurant's and 10 grocery stores it's great place to live with family and individuals

Just renewed my lease

I’ve lived here for 13 months and just renewed for another 15 months lease. Natalia and the girls in the office are great. Any time I needed anything they respond in a same day. It makes me feel good that I can stop by office any time and they are always happy to see me.

It's a lovely place to live but we pay to live in a gated community and ther are no gates still 45 days from the last hurricane so I think everyone's rent should be reduced for this and the fact we have not had use of the gym for over 60days
