Apalachee Point Apartments

Moving In The complex is great. The apartment is open and roomy. The kitchen is one of my favorite things, with the island. So lovely. I enjoy the size of the gym. I believe my children and I will really love splashing in the pool once the weather warms.

Quiet and peaceful Appalachee Point provided a peaceful and enjoyable living experience for the past three years. Every time I had an issue, the maintenance tickets were handled within 48 hours, ensuring prompt and efficient service. The new management is incredibly friendly and understanding, making residents feel valued and heard. I didn't want to leave, but due to relocating, I had to move on. I highly recommend Appalachee Point to anyone looking for a great place to live.

If your not staying here you should be. I don't even know where to start. The minute we drove into this place for the first time we fell in love. The complex is beautiful and there is forestry and scenery everywhere. The first thing I told my wife was wow this feels like a vacation but we're gonna be living here. Almost 9 months later and I am still in awe that I am able to live here. The apartments are amazing and truly luxury and very well priced. Jaszmine has been welcoming to us every since... we moved here. It feels like a family not just staff who ignore you. Everytime I've needed something they have gone out of their way to help me with a smile! Also whenever I walk into the office they remember me by name. Best apartment complex I've ever had by far. Before becoming a tenant, please know that though lovely, the complex on Southwood Plantation Road in Tallahassee, FL is managed extremely poorly. One example - there has been a door clearly marked with a "warning" sign (located directly outside of my apartment bedroom window) that houses some machine and is sending an extremely loud beeping noise through my walls. This maddening sound has been driving me certifiably nuts for almost a week. The manager, Jasmine keeps promising that she will have... it fixed but simply won't. I've been forced out of my bedroom for the past 6 days in order to maintain my sanity. I don't want anyone else to get a lot LESS than they signed up for. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read More
