Pleasantness and Peace
I have lived here for nine years. For me the location in the NE part of Tallahassee next to US319, Thomasville Highway and I10 is just right. The buildings themelves are very solid and the soundproofing from adjacent units is the best of any apartment I have lived in. The maintenance response is within one day and the people they hire are courteous and competent. I don't want to say any more because then too many people will want to live here and the rents may start going up too fast.

It’s a great place to live! The neighborhood is safe and friendly, with fun resident events that make it feel like a real community. I especially love the food trucks they bring in every now and then!
