I want to relocate to the Tamarac area I drove by these apartments and took a chance and stopped in. I was greeted by two ladies in the office who were both very helpful, welcoming and professional. I especially love the pool and lake areas. It’s so serene. I will be back when I’m ready to move!

Lived the for a year, there was always something going, the lady that’s in charge is very rude. She would go back on her words all the time. When you call the office for help, it took maintenance days to come by with more phone calls and trips to the office. Roaches everywhere and did I mentioned the manager is rude. Terrible!

This is the worst place since the new office and new management. Not only do they let people live here without being on the lease but they overcharge and make a horrible living experience. I have lived here for multiple years because I didn't feel like moving. I am moving now. The office manager is very unhelpful. They tell you they will call you on a certain day and they never do. I had to wait 3 months for a working dryer and dishwasher. They not only not do their job but expect you to do... their job for them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
