The garbage situation is a downer, but location is great. Love being near my daughter and grandkids. community is very nice. Staff is always helpful and nice and friendly. Most times tranquil.

I love Tampa. The weather is amazing. The Sanctuary is a nice place. The apartments need a bit of upgrading, and the trash situation is horrendous. Debating on whether to buy a home or keep renting.

It has gotten better. No roaches any longer. The internet was out for 3 days and I could not work from home. Other than that quiet neighborhood.

Roaches Are Terrible & Aggravating
They Send People Out To Spray & It Seem Like The Roaches Multiply I Would Have Never Moved Here Had I Known They Had Roaches

This place is still terrible. We pay so much for a really poor experience. Advertised as a gated community, but gates have been broken for over 1.5 years! False advertising is illegal! Trash compactor being broken is the newest thing. It was fixed for two days then broke again. You would think with the amount we pay they would be able to hire someone to fix these things immediately. Don’t get me started with the patio screen repairs! They came in and ripped our patio screens so painters could... come in and paint the patio, which is fine. 6 months later and they’re just now getting fixed. Should’ve been better planning in their end to have it fixed as soon as paint was done. They also have pest control enter my apartment every month. This isn’t something I signed up for and makes me uncomfortable. Seriously considering hiring a lawyer to get some of my rent back. Absolutely ridiculous!
