Heritage at Temple Terrace Apartments

I have been on this property for about 3 years and I would say it is very quiet and well kept. The property manager Sheena is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is always willing to assist. I have seen a lot of changes since this company has transitioned and she is reason.

I've lived here for 6 years and honestly if you are looking for a place this is definitely not where you should look. Never been like this before they changed mangers and maintenance. The loud music is almost every day, and the kids leave a mess for everyone else to clean up and people do not pick up after their dogs leaving poop everywhere. I lived 3years and honestly if I are looking for a place this is definitely not where u should look. The office with never reply to your calls they will charge u water based on the other 4 apartments. My Ac never worked . U will pay for pest control but they will never show. The apartments are over run will bugs it’s disgusting. I had to reach out to the corporate office to get any movement after 5 months of calling and leaving messages in the main office.
