Customer service horrible , they throw a bunch of unannounced fees at you stay AWAYYY just started my first month and I’m ready to leave

Amazing Place to Live

Fairway Vista is an awesome community to live in. The staff is friendly, and the neighbors are nice. It's close to downtown West Palm Beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in the area. The landscaping is very beautiful, and the community is upkept well.

Forced to give one star they done even deserve that

Save your hard earned money and rent somewhere else thank me later. Place is a dump, hope u like asbestos cuz every unit still has popcorn ceilings. Staff is rude and nasty, management is non existent. Cars are constantly broken into and stolen from complex, look it up. Ur kids don’t need to be around and see what goes on in this dump. 3-4 deaths in my time there and someone got killed after I left cuz they were followed in because they never close gate and no security

Amazing place to stay!

Fairway Vista is a very safe place too live. Very friendlyl Sraff.. Helped my Boys while away to school with anything they Needed!! Please dont hesitate and stay HERE...

I just want to say that I absolutely love Fairway Vista, their staff is amazing very helpful and kind they helped me with everything i needed they do not mind a load of questions and they have beautiful positive energy .
The community is great it's very beautiful and very quiet nobody bothers me I'm absolutely in love with this community.
