Mosswood Apartments

I've been living here for 5 years, maintenance up to date, good living space, I'm telling you this is the place to be, five stars

stay away from this place. management is a joke. There's an never ending Roach and mouse problem. i lived here for almost 2 yrs and will never recommend this place.

I moved into these apartments in July and was told that I was going to have a large deposit because of my credit. I was fine with that. Then I moved in and the "newly remodeled" in my apartment was poor quality. The vinyl put in the kitchen was put on a spongy type material, after a few times walking on it it began to become wavy. The vinyl near the bathtub was very spongy. The door frames were chewed badly from a prior tenant's animal. The lights in front of the medicine cabinet hung down too... low to even open the thing. When I was forced to move due to work, I was told that it was a "deposit" just a move in fee and any damages that I would have to pay out of pocket as that didn't cover it. Complex is small but cute. They do look outdated from the outside. Some of the apartments have been remodeled to a new look inside and some are still old looking. The new office staff is very friendly. They always have snacks and coffee waiting for you in the office. Adrian is very nice! She is quick to get maintenance to your apartment if you ask and she is always willing to help with any questions you have.

This place was nasty with cats everywhere literally everywhere. No central air and mold everywhere. My neighbors kid tested positive for mold!! The maintenance workers were always high on marijuana and dealing drugs. Also if you have kids don't even think about living here cause they don't do background checks on tenants. The property manager was very nasty as well. This place has so many lawsuits it should be taken down. This place will do everything in its power to screw you over. I'd rate 0/5... stars if I could.
