My experience has changed tremendously in the last couple of months. Originally, when I moved in the apartment in August, the experience was great. However, I have noticed in the last two months the property itself is not being taken care of

The trash is constantly overflowing. The gate is never working and maintenance request take forever.

The office is very friendly ! Always energized and happy ! They work with you and make sure you are happy ! The maintenance team gotta work alil faster but other then that it’s a great place to stay

Great Place We viewed 1 Bedroom and Property. Very nice and clean. The best part was meeting William the Leasing Agent. His great personality made us want to move in immediately. We had been looking at numerous apartments. He is s an asset to Arrive properties. Thank you William

I’ve been living here for a while, and it has been a good experience in general because we have many positive things to consider that we live within a good community, and precisely is being aware that living in community is to think about others, my neighbor, etc. Being respectful and have considerations with the noise, trash, smoke, and taking care of our facilities. I really like to live at Arrive Buckhead.

Honestly this is probably one of the best areas I've stayed in so far I've been living in Atlanta for a year and I'm about 15 minutes from work and that's including traffic the culture is pretty friendly
