Overall I had a nice stay

First, I would like to highlight the very pleasant and accommodating Manager Ms. Alba. She has addressed my concerns and provided options. She was able to fix the issue in a very fast manner. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Jorge and the other guy sorry I forgot his name, for fixing my washer, water heater and some other things in the room before. The complex is not perfect, as I think like any other apt in town but overall, my stay was wonderful. I love the trees around and the... accessibility of the place to the groceries, post office and others.

Thank you Audubon! I will treasure the memories…

Pool is only for show, algae 24/7

The apartments themselves are good, but the amenities suck. The pool is always clean in the WINTER when no use can use it, but as soon as summer hits its FILTHY GREEN. Its such a shame residents cannot use the pool, as they only have it as a trophy to display to potential residents. As for the gym, some kids ruin the entire gym, making it a not so great environment.

Tout est bon

Bonne maison pour le prix. Un peu plus vieux mais j’ai pu le rendre plus moderne avec mes meubles et ma décoration.

Current resident

My kids and I have loved it here since we moved in. It’s nice and quiet, even though it’s so close to the city. The schools are also amazing. I hit the jackpot moving here honestly.
