Likely to get kicked out if moving into a non-updated unit for renovations
The amount of space you're getting is great, but be warned that if you move into a non-renovated unit (especially towards the front entrance to the property at the moment) you are currently at HIGH RISK of your lease agreement being broken by ownership so that the building can be gutted. We moved in in August (after signing a 1yr lease) and got a letter less than 2.5mos later that they wanted us out so they could gut & renovate. It was a headache trying to get another unit on property... following that news. That unit had a major cockroach problem and neighbors that played extremely loud bass almost every night. The pool is nice and the maintenance staff is INCREDIBLE, but if you're considering this property be very, very cautious of the above.
