Fox theatre ruined the place
I lived at Lilli for quite some time, and the building is very nice. Most importantly, the management and the concierges are helpful, especially Micheal, and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick. That said, there is an aspect of the building that you don't learn about until you live here for a bit - and it is related to its vicinity to the Fox Theatre. This means that every time a show is on you are going to have mayhem in the streets and in the parking lot. If you decide to... enter/leave your place at a bad moment, you can easily face a wait of 30 minutes by the time you leave/reach your parking spot. The worst thing is that a bunch of beggars and "musicians" (multiple kids with trombones) come to play right in front of the building for hours on end to earn some money from the passersby. The units are badly insulated, meaning that you will have to spend hours listening to awful music unless you literally leave your place. It has become a nightmare, as the Fox Theatre can have up to 5-7 shows a week, which might span from 12pm to 11pm. Several people in the building are leaving Lilli just because of this, so be aware. If you value silence and peace, Lilli is just not for you.
