Do NOT rent / live here. The property does NOT follow up. Horrible communication. They rarely answer the phone. You leave a message and they do NOT return your calls. Emails being blocked due to their spam filters. You don't know if the emails been received or not.

When we first moved in over a year ago things were great, but with new management things quickly declined. We have had massive break ins, water leaks that caused our ceiling to cave in and took them over a month to fix (this has happen to so many other residents too), the gates are constantly broken and NOW our pool is closed with no date to reopen (management says it is because they are awaiting the city of Atlanta to do a health code check, but it has been weeks and they have no sense of... urgency to follow up with the city, or offer alternative options such as covering the pool to prevent people from swimming, but still allowing access to the overall area). DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is beyond apathetic. All the positive reviews you see are from people who have toured, not residents.
