Raven is great, but the laundry room has been down for over a week and nothing is being done about it
No playground or volleyball court

Their is empty space in the complex to have these items

Palm Club is a decent place to live. Nice staff but it could use improvements. Apartments need upgrading with new flooring, appliances and paint. I know my apartment can use a lot of things that need to be done and I’ll do work order because I know it will be fixed. Again, it’s decent.

Living at Palm Club is pleasant. Neighbors are friendly, office staff is enjoyable, accommodating, and helpful and maintenance is responsive and efficient. Apartment is spacious and I love the balcony for my plants and it is larger than any others I looked at in the Brunswick area, along with outside storage space!
