Office staff is SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
The office staff, including the manager was extremely rude when we called to ask about an apartment we had already put a deposit on! We were told the apartment would be ready at a certain time, not true, then we were told the manager wasn't able to speak to us because they're short staffed! When the manager finally called back we were told she was "too busy" to answer our questions!! But they took our deposit and asked for additional money prior to us even seeing the unit we were paying for! We... will be getting our deposit back and have already found another apartment where staff is polite and professional! Please, find a better place to live! If they're this rude now, imagine how they must treat current residents! My family members have also decided to pass on this complex as well!
