Please Reconsider
Maintenance is mostly inexperienced and take forever to half fix issues in the apartment units. We regularly lose AC because the units are older. Management is either never in the leasing office on schedule or they never answer phone calls. We pay monthly for trash to be picked up and taken down the hill, only for it to overflow and mess up the appearance of the complex. Only time we hear from them is when rent is due or it’s late.
