No matter the issue it takes weeks to get anything fixed. I had an AC problem last week and the fire department had to respond to the issue. I put in a service request after the fire department left and checked in the next morning after noon. No one in the office had seen the request. A couple days after the unit was “fixed” it froze over and now barely puts out any cool air. The people who “fixed” the unit obviously aren’t HVAC certified and according to info on the unit it’s over 20 years old.... On top of that it’s now going on 2 weeks since the main rack in the bedroom closet broke and that hasn’t even been looked at, let alone fixed. I’ve put in 2 service requests in for that and still nothing.

No one ever answers the phone in the office. I’ve called the office 10 times at least and every time it’s the same automated response and no one picks up. Either the system is terrible, the staff is untrained and incompetent, or a combination of both.

There are MUCH better options available in Cumming and I won’t be renewing my lease for more reasons than stated above. I’m a single dad with two kids and this place is just a colossal disappointment in so many ways and is not a place I call home. Read More

Cockroaches galore. Rude office staff. Shoddy workmanship. No trash service and compactor is filthy.

This is a great community to live in. The property management is courteous and always helpful. Lee Ann and Meaghan are always pleasant to deal with. If you have a problem they make sure it is handled quickly. Because of Lee Ann and Meaghan along with the people who live in the complex Aubry's landing is the best place to live in Cumming, GA.

It's a quite well kept environment, maintenance is fast and prompt and Megan and Leeann are a total class act and made the move in process a breeze! It's close to everything making it super convenient - but far enough away to keep it quiet and cozy. I recently was in search of a place to live and Megan was fast to assist me and got me through the application process... and ready for move in all in a single day! I am a single woman living at Aubrey’s Landing with my babies I feel safe. It’s a smaller community and that has real benefits because everyone is keeping a look out for anything out of the ordinary and so welcoming and eager to help out and be a friend. (Careful for those handful of residents with “sour grapes” though – they are super negative.
