Don’t waste your time
I loved this apartment complex when I moved in with my wife in February 2022. Since I lived in there was no problems from the beginning everything was smooth. Maintenance was on time and took care of everything and anything that needed to get done. But until September 2023 things started to change in a bad way. Me and my wife decided to move out in August 2024 we followed the requirements correctly but we did miss the 60 day mark by 12 days so we agreed to pay any additional fees to make the... move out smooth and stress free. In July 2024 my wife had to go to office three times to correct there mistakes on our move out date. Then on July 19th they posted the rent it total to $463 so I paid it then on August 6th I received a called asking me are we moving out today I told them “no we are moving out on the 23rd of August “. So my intuition told me to go up there the next morning. On the next morning I received a call saying they made changes without telling me nor my wife on what is going on. I was told I have to pay $1,099.16 and the Septembers rent plus the late fee for September. So me and my wife spoke to the regional director and she came up with a new plan for us to just pay the $1,099.16 and to forget about the September rent and Late fee. The payment was plan in full on the very exact day, but the next day I was charged $175 late fee for there mistake not tell us the full information and then posting the full amount of the rent late. The lack of communication and disorganization is unprofessional
