Gone Downhill
Since it was acquired by a new company, it is no longer worth what they charge. When I initially moved in, the apartment was a little shabby and dated, but well-maintained for the price. Now, they are "renovating" all units, so changing out carpet for cheap vinyl floors and updating appliances. I was moved to a new, "renovated" unit for a 40% increase in rent and a worse unit. The subfloor underneath the tub is rotted and water damaged, the doors are rough and unsanded, and there are screws... sticking out of the cabinets that can stab you and your belongings. The office is still kind and responsive, but for this price, you can absolutely get a better quality unit of comparable size and better location. Not worth it at all.
